The GN-MRX-TM300 automatic film coater is a compact tape casting machine equipped with a heating cover, designed to produce films with consistent thickness. It features a unique driving system that ensures smooth coating on various materials. A flat vacuum chuck is built-in to securely hold the substrate, making it ideal for thin coatings. The unit includes a 100 mm adjustable micrometer applicator (doctor blade) and an oilless vacuum pump for immediate use. The heating cover comes with a digital temperature controller, allowing drying of coated films up to 200°C with ±1°C accuracy. This equipment is perfect for research in ceramic tape casting and Li-Ion battery electrode coating.
