The GN-MRX-TM300 automatic film coater is a compact tape casting system with a heating cover designed to produce uniform and consistent films. It features an advanced driving mechanism that ensures smooth coating on various types of substrates. The built-in flat vacuum chuck securely holds the substrate in place, making it ideal for thin film applications. It comes with a 100 mm adjustable doctor blade and an oilless vacuum pump for immediate use. The heating cover includes a digital temperature controller that can dry the coated films up to 200°C with ±1°C accuracy. This equipment is widely used for research in ceramic tape casting and Li-Ion battery electrode coating.
