Recently, the welded hollow sucker rod independently developed by Tuha Petroleum Exploration and Development Command Machinery Factory passed the identification of Tuha Oilfield and officially entered the mass production stage. Since last year, this factory has carried out technical research on the structural design and process realization of hollow sucker rods based on the production status of domestic hollow sucker rods on the basis of the original welded solid sucker rod production line. According to the research results, the factory has completely remodeled the original production line, selected advanced equipment such as American Leitai two-color infrared penetrating temperature measuring instrument, and built a hollow sucker rod with precise quenching and tempering temperature control, reliable friction welding quality and high production efficiency. The production line has filled the gap in the manufacture of hollow sucker rods in the western region.
