Jilin Establishes Industrial Technology Innovation Strategic Alliance for Automotive Interior Systems Engineering

On January 9, 2012, the Strategic Alliance for Technological Innovation in Automotive Interior Systems Engineering in Jilin Province was officially established in Changchun. The alliance is organized by politics, production, learning, research and banking. It is a new thing in the country. The purpose is to build a broader technological innovation and industrialization platform for the auto parts related companies in the province.

Jilin Province is one of the largest automobile production bases in China. In recent years, the automotive industry has become a pillar industry in the province, and the entire vehicle and component industries are developing rapidly. However, due to the weak overall foundation of China's auto industry, including Jilin Province, the outstanding problem is that the development of auto parts industry has lagged behind, and the core technologies of a large number of key parts and components are still monopolized by developed countries. The strategic alliance of production, research and development of automobile interior system engineering of Jilin Province is under this background. According to the relevant spirits of the six ministries and commissions of the National Industrial Policy and Ministry of Science and Technology on promoting the construction of a strategic alliance for industrial technology innovation and the implementation of technological innovation projects, Jilin Province Science and Technology The Office, Changchun Xuyang Group, Jilin University, Changchun Yinghua Institute of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and China Construction Bank Jilin Branch jointly initiated the establishment.

At present, there are a total of 45 companies that have joined the alliance in the first batch, and Changchun Xuyang Group is the sponsor and lead company of the alliance. Changchun Xuyang Group is one of the top 100 auto parts auto parts companies controlled by the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of Changchun City, and one of the four major auto parts enterprises supported by Jilin Province. Its 10 manufacturing companies are mainly engaged in the research, development, and manufacturing of car seats, dashboard door panels, automotive carpets, and automotive interior materials. They are the main suppliers of FAW Group, FAW-Volkswagen, and other well-known OEMs.

According to Cheng Zuoping, Chairman of the Group and Director of the Alliance, the alliance will serve as a vehicle for technological innovation in the automotive component industry in Jilin Province. It will focus on systematization of automotive interior components by bringing together technological innovation resources from universities, research institutes, and alliance companies. The key technologies that need to be solved in the project are R&D and innovation. Mainly include: technology research and application of green environmental protection new interior materials, intelligent car seats, light weight of interior parts products, etc.; integration of modularization production and modular supply of automotive interior products such as dashboards, door panels, and ceilings. Technical development; automotive interior system design, manufacturing and system support; precision molds, inspection tools and other process equipment design and manufacturing.

The alliance will use the industrial chain as a link, make full use of the respective advantages of the member units, and strive to achieve resource sharing, complement each other, and transform the results of production, research, and research, and establish information exchange platforms, technical service platforms, human resources service platforms, and corporate and project financing platforms. On this basis, the alliance will actively carry out technical development, product testing, testing and trial production cooperation, product support and process equipment manufacturing and other aspects of cooperation, and strive to build Jilin Province, automotive interior systems engineering research and development and manufacturing base, and then in full The province formed the agglomeration effect of the interior accessory industrial chain.

1. Introduction of Underground Oil Distillation Plant

The oil quality is better than the original normal pressure distillation technology, which show on purity ,transparence, lightness .this technology will do deodorization and destinke process to the raw material oil automatically by "dry type" vacuum pressure distillation method. With the vacuum distillation technology, the distillation temperature is considerably reduced, and the oil output will higher 5%-10% compared with original normal pressure distillation technology. It makes more profits to the enterprise virtually.
