ZYB series unloading pump installation and use matters needing attention:
1. Before installation, check whether the unloading pump is damaged during transportation. For example, the motor is exposed to moisture, bumps, and the dirt enters the pump inlet and outlet.
2. The installation pipeline shall be cleaned and the weight of the pipeline shall be borne by the unloading pump. No air leakage shall occur at the connecting parts of the pipeline. If the liquid dirt is serious, an appropriate filtering device shall be installed.
3. Before the unloading pump works, check whether the fasteners of the pump are firm, whether the valves in and out of the pipeline are open or not, and whether the direction of rotation of the pump is in compliance with the requirements. When the high temperature medium is being transported, the inching operation shall be performed for one minute before continuing the work.
4, when the unloading pump work, but also pay attention to maintenance. Pay attention to the position of the shaft seal. If leakage occurs, finely adjust the compression screw depending on the degree of tightening. Do not overtighten it. Do not arbitrarily adjust the adjustment screw of the safety valve.
