Introduction: The construction of industry standards is one of the important contents of China's instrumentation industry. The sustainable development of industry is inseparable from the promotion of science and technology, and the development of technology requires a set of practical standards to regulate. However, due to the current status of industry standards, China's instrumentation industry standards are still in the "liberalization" phase of development, which has brought many difficulties to the development of instrumentation in China. Strengthen the construction of standards and promote industrial development. NO1: The “new national standard” for wind power was implemented on November 1, 2011. The wind power industry has developed rapidly in recent years. Both in terms of installed capacity, development scale, and wind turbine manufacturing capacity, they have become truly global wind powers, but they are accompanied by the wind power industry. Rapid development has also brought about some problems. The problems of heavy construction, heavy scale, light weight, and light management are also closely related to the relative lag in wind power standard construction. Wind power development lacks standards for fan manufacturing and quality assurance systems, and lacks installation and operation, maintenance management, and real-time adaptation to national conditions. The technical standards for detection and fault diagnosis have restricted the healthy development of the industry. The energy industry standardization work conference on wind power issued 18 important standards such as the “Large Wind Farms Grid-connected Technical Specifications”, mainly involving the current urgently needed technical standards for the development of the wind power industry. It is intended to establish and improve the wind power industry standards in China.

NO2: The "Grid Water Transfer Automation Function Specification" was implemented by the National Electric Power Dispatching Communication Center and the State Grid Electric Power Research Institute responsible for the early power industry standard "Power Grid Water Transfer Automation Function Specification" approved by the National Energy Administration on January 9. Standard number is DL/T316-2010, implemented from May 1st. This standard sets out from the needs of the reservoir dispatching management, describes the functional specifications of the grid water-conditioning automation, and is applicable to the construction of provincial-level and above power grid water-conditioning automation functions. Other water-conditioning automation functions can be implemented by reference. This standard is the first industry standard for water-conditioning automation. It will play an active role in promoting and standardizing the development of water grid automation in power grids, improving the management methods of reservoir dispatch, and maximizing the benefits of hydropower.

NO3: National Rails Integrated Monitoring System was officially released in February 2011. The National Standard "Engineering Design Specification for Urban Rail Transit Integrated Monitoring System" GB/T50636-2010 was officially approved by the Ministry of Construction and published in 2011. It will be officially published and released before September and will be implemented on October 1, 2011. This specification fills the gaps in the country and plays a very important role in improving the technical and management level of urban rail transit projects, standardizing the construction of integrated monitoring systems and promoting the development of the industry.

NO4: The Ministry of Environmental Protection issued the first wire and cable environmental standard The Ministry of Environmental Protection announced the first wire and cable environmental standard in March 2011. The standard stipulates terms and definitions, basic requirements, technical contents, and inspection methods for wire and cable environmental label products. This standard stipulates the requirements for harmful substances, halogen-free, low-smoke, toxicity, and burning of wires and cables. The standard applies to all types of wire and cable products. This standard applies to the certification of China's environmental labeling products.

NO5: The first set of power grid technical reform maintenance "cost standards" issued by the National Energy Administration in Beijing held a power grid technical transformation and repair engineering fixed and cost standards (trial) conference. This standard is China's first set of special budget quotas and cost calculation standards applicable to the technical transformation and overhaul of power grids. It will further standardize the technical transformation and maintenance project management of China's power grids, reasonably determine investment, increase economic efficiency, and promote the scientific and healthy sustainable development of power grids. Development is of great significance. The two sets of standards issued this time provide detailed provisions on the project of charging fees for technical transformation and maintenance of power grids and the calculation standards, which provide a basis for the unity, openness, and transparency of cost calculations. At the same time, in order to ensure the quality of the project, the standards for the calculation of project construction quality supervision and inspection costs have been appropriately increased.
