Yizheng's Jiangsu Ganfeng New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. applied "superconducting medium" to textile drying equipment to produce the world's first "Heat Superconducting Multifunctional Dryer ". The research results have been granted by the United States. The invention was tested at the Stanford Institute for several years. The results show that the heat transfer efficiency is 100% and the thermal conductivity is 30,000 times that of silver. It is environmentally friendly and can be widely used in the industrial field.
At the beginning of the test, the workers first weighed a bundle of dry non-woven fabrics, added a certain amount of water, and put them into a dryer. The weight of the non-woven fabric after drying was almost the same as before, and the drying effect was satisfactory.
According to Shen Xicheng, general manager of Ganfeng, the traditional dryers use heat-conductive oil or steam to dry goods, which require boiler heating. The temperature difference between inlet and outlet is very large. For example, the inlet temperature is 150 degrees Celsius, and the export volume is only 70 degrees Celsius. This "superconducting medium" is made of an inorganic material and is attached to the inner wall of a heat-conducting roller. It uses the high-frequency vibration of micro-particles (more than 200 million times per second) to transfer heat under the excitation of external heat, without phase change and heat. The resistance is zero, so it is called thermal superconductivity. Not only the heat transfer is not attenuated, the heat is also very balanced and the drying is rapid.
Tang Haohua, chairman of the US Renewable Energy R&D Center (National Laboratory), said that this kind of “superconducting medium†is used in papermaking, printing and dyeing, and non-woven drying, not only energy saving, but also environmental protection. Shen Xicheng said happily that the high-efficiency heat transfer roller filled with “superconducting media†produced by the company has been exported to Germany. The world’s first “Heat Superconducting Multifunctional Dryer†in the testing stage has been reserved by a company in Shandong. .
