According to reports, Volkswagen has partnered with Protean Electric, a supplier of battery vehicle technology. In- wheel motor technology is expected to promote new designs and manufacturing models for battery vehicles.
It is reported that Volkswagen Bora adopts Protean’s wheel motor technology and is currently in the testing phase. In the next few years, Volkswagen and Protean are expected to cooperate in the development of a new electric vehicle production model.
