Following a thorough review of technical documentation, detailed presentations, and in-depth discussions, the expert panel unanimously concluded that the equipment’s overall performance has reached international advanced standards, with several innovative features: 1) The impeller-stator system features a unique design. The impeller uses high-number backward-curved blades, offering a large circulation flow and low-pressure head, ensuring sufficient slurry suspension and even particle distribution. The inner foam tank helps to efficiently discharge flotation froth, reducing the conveying distance and increasing the thickness of the froth layer, resulting in greater stability. 3) The pre-distribution directional air distributor is an original design, enabling uniform air dispersion, optimized flow paths for the aerated slurry mixture, and a larger bubble surface area, which significantly enhances flotation efficiency. 4) The machine allows for automatic control of slurry level and aeration, making operation more convenient, stable, and energy-efficient. Additionally, this development has enriched and improved the theory of large flotation machine scaling, laying a solid foundation for future optimization and enhancing equipment reliability.
