Therefore, the advancement of automation and measurement control technologies is closely linked to national economic security. The significance of self-control technology and key testing instruments is also evident in several areas. First, they play a crucial role in energy conservation, environmental protection, and the realization of a circular economy. Second, without high-level automatic control systems and instruments, true industrial informatization cannot be achieved. A typical smart enterprise consists of three layers: Process Control System (PCS), Manufacturing Execution System (MES), and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP).
