In modern industries, the process parameters and technical characteristics must be realized through seamless integration between the main equipment and the measurement and control system’s hardware and software. To develop core technologies, leading international equipment manufacturers form strategic partnerships with top automation and instrumentation suppliers, often under strict confidentiality agreements. Therefore, the development of advanced automation and measurement technologies is closely tied to national economic security. The importance of self-control technology and key testing instruments is also evident in several aspects. First, they play a vital role in energy conservation, environmental protection, and achieving a circular economy. Second, without high-level automatic control and instrumentation, true industrial informatization cannot be realized. A typical smart enterprise consists of three layers: the Process Control System (PCS), the Manufacturing Execution System (MES), and the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP). Among these, PCS—built on instrumentation and automation—is the foundational layer. High-precision testing instruments serve as the cornerstone of high-tech industries and cutting-edge scientific research.
