In terms of raising fuel standards, it is planned to provide four-vehicle gasoline for the country before the end of 2013, and four-vehicle diesel for the country before the end of 2014; before the end of 2015, the key cities in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei, Yangtze River Delta and Pearl River Delta regions will be fully supplied.
