Some suggestions for purifying the gas source. First, the air compressor should be placed in a clean environment. There should be cleaning measures for the air compressor room. Even if it is for mobile or small air compressors, do not place it casually; avoid dust, humidity and other occasions. The volatile matter that has a corrosive effect on the rubber seal should be avoided to ensure the quality of the inhaled air. Second, the pipeline for conveying the compressed air should be installed in a regular piping manner. The compressed air output from the air compressor is cooled down by the cooling system. Therefore, the lowest end of the main pipeline should be arranged to discharge water regularly, especially before the power is turned on, so as to avoid the compressed air when starting up. Bring into the pneumatic system; third, when it is necessary to remove dust and lack high-quality filter device, a simple filter can be used instead, and good results can be obtained.
