On July 10th, XCMG's first Brazilian washing vehicle, the XS5ABR, was successfully assembled in Xugong Brazil.
XS5ABR cleaning vehicle is a special road cleaning vehicle integrated with high-pressure cleaning and sweeping as developed by XCMG. It can realize dust free operation, no water accumulation on the road, and no dust left. It is widely used in road cleaning and maintenance operations. The car can achieve 9 operating modes and 15 voice prompts. During the cleaning operation, the road surface was strongly washed with high-pressure water of 80 Bar, and the sewage was recovered through a wide suction nozzle. The recovery rate was as high as 95%, and the road surface was of a true color. During the design phase, the operational environment in Brazil was carefully analyzed and a number of targeted improvements were made, and overseas assembly conditions were fully considered. Each system was designed in a modular manner, enabling rapid assembly and replacement. At the commissioning site on July 11th, XCMG was recognized by leading XCMG leaders and employees for its outstanding performance.
