The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology entrusted the China Rubber Industry Association to organize the research and development of the "Tire Industry Access Conditions". The conditions will put forward specific requirements in terms of energy consumption, resource consumption, emissions, and rolling resistance coefficient. According to the requirements of the conditions, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology will screen the enterprises and publish the list of enterprises that meet the requirements. Enterprises not listed will not be able to obtain support from policies and credits. It is expected that this condition will be implemented in late July or early August.
