The degradation of residual pesticides is an important research area for reducing environmental pesticide residues and reducing the negative effects of pesticide poisoning. (2) There are few studies on the identification of by-products and toxicological effects of pesticide residues on fruits and vegetables. It is necessary to identify the by-products after degradation of pesticide residues on the basis of a better method of removing organophosphorus pesticide residues, and study the toxicity of pesticide residues to determine the safety of pesticide residue degradation treatment.
(3) There are few studies on the effects of chemical methods on the treatment of pesticide residues in fruits and vegetables, and on the nutrition and quality of fruits and vegetables. The effects of these methods on the nutrition and quality of fruits and vegetables when degrading pesticide residues should be further studied.
